Went across for a beach check at the highest tide of one metre. The breeze was stiff and the the water stirred up silty so not so good for a swim. If you are trying to cleanup the high tide line then maybe it is better to let it recede. I picked up a half bag of small stuff like butts and plastic screw tops. There was also the tricky retrieval of a milk shake cup wedged at the back of a woody bush. Someone tried to hide it but I found it. The last item was a good looking pair of sunnies. I left these on a fence as prominently as possible, so if you lost them they are still there. The Sun has come into proper alignment with the water now so the evenings are aglow.
