Pillbox demise

 Went back to the Collendina beach for a few hours and spied what remains of the old pillbox. It is harder to see now as the roof has collapsed so there is no longer a structure that you can step inside of to see the view out.  The original German versions from WWI were round resembling a pillbox and the name stuck. There are still views to be had from high on the dunes.  The breeze was Easterly and unhindered so the dunes are still good shelter.
