I waited until the afternoon to see if the Sun would break thru. It didn't. It is better to have some illumination to look ahead as far as you can so that way you are not lumbering into some massive jelly blubber. I went for the swim anyway as the water was still and clear but visibility was low. It was just a gray wall ahead and lots of suspended grass as well. I saw a few fish and one fat one that was hiding in the sand with just its eyes casting about. There are meant to be storms tonight and tomorrow.
