This guy is a legend, the original Big Kohuna. A multiple gold medal winner at the Olympics, invented surfing, starred in many Hollywood movies and was the Honolulu sheriff for 25 yar. We ate at his restaurant tonight. This was the best meal I have eaten on this trip. Pork Ribs. I have never eaten ribs ever before. Kevin Spacey has inspired me to ribs. I also washed it down with Duke beer. This 40th anniversary lurk is a winner. From now on every trip is going to be a 40th celebration. They gave us desert which was a signature ice cream volcano with chocolate spewing out of its crater. We could not finish it but got close.
