Geelong tour

Yesterday I left the chicken breast on the bench thawing for 7 hours. It was room temperature when we came back to cook it. Google says that any thawed chicken left at room temperature for longer than 2 hours is at risk of food poisoning.  I have had trouble for less so the chicken went into the bin. Hence when we were in Geelong today we found an Italian place called Lipari which had chicken bolognas the size of Italy.  We also found that the Kerley's auction house is up for sale, so unless the new buyer wants to run an auction, another stamp venue is going to shut.
