GoPro Pier snorkel

I got out the GoPro for the first time in a while to see what the story is along the old pier pylons this year. There is a lot more grass than I remember. While the grass proves the bay health is good so much of it obscures the view. I did find what looks like a cement plinth that a sculpture may have stood on. I heard that the demo crucifix that was installed 2 years back had been stolen off it's pedestal.  This block is a long way from the Dell. It may have been placed for some other reason. There were not many fish to be seen either.
