Santa Casa

It was a North wind and fairly strong however along the road to Queenscliff, where the peninsula narrows, a high ridge of dunes crops up.  The beach on the other side here is shielded from a North wind so we checked it out yesterday. There is also the passing large ship traffic which is always entertaining. Being a Sunday and also school holidays there was quite a crowd but with plenty of space to spread out. We put up a wind break for the first time in ages and the water temperature is still pleasant enough. This must be getting close to the last beach day this Summer.
