The Sun was out but so was the tide, wayout. I got across there around 10:00am and my tide charts said it would be half way out but there are always other factors like the wind. It was a southerly which drives the water out further and quicker. The beach was very clean, as I did a pickup a few days ago. The main mission this time was a section of nasty prickles that were starting to takeover one patch further down. I found a handy makeshift shovel which was a washed up plank so was able to dig it out without to many scars. Trouble is this stuff breaks off and leaves some sharp shards in the sand. Hopefully thay do not sprout.
