I have stuffed my left elbow again with a recurring problem that I have not seen for a couple of years. It's an overuse thing that involves gripping. This time it was slow to manifest until yesterday suddenly a swollen elbow. It will take a year to heal which is what it took last time. I need to keep on the move though so went down to the beach for more weeding even if it was one handed. Also got some rubbish picked up complete with a brand new looking swim cap. I have washed it but not sure if I should keep it.
