While James got the Spit organised and tendered to it during the afternoon we got Estelle back across to the beach. She has had no afternoon snooze today so the timer is on for how long she will last. Asher and Kaia will be here soon for some Spit roast so no doubt it will be all systems go. The beach was a quiet effort spent playing with sand and buckets of water this time around. The sinkies got used again but this time it was in a bucket of water. Also the Bluey book of the beach gets a lot of attention especially when Bluey has a mermaids tail so Estelle got a mermaids tail too. There were more people than yesterday but the breeze was a fairly stiff Westerly. We are putting bins out on a Friday night after we missed it last Friday all due to the holidays.
