This overcast stuff also means there is more reading time so shorter books like this one are read quickly. This is another whodunnit in space from Lois McMaster Bujold. One of the lesser characters is front and centre in this one. The bad guys never had a chance. It is a bit opposite to the Amazon theme where here, a population of men are aided by the female mercenary.
