Safety Champagne

I was poking around some old video and found this segment from Safety Beach.  I am looking at what houses might be available at Christmas, close to the beach and with plenty of bedrooms. Not too much to ask.  If I can find one without lockout dates or minimum stays any less than four nights or not already booked then we can do some more beach champagne. So far I have tried a dozen or so with a minimum four bedrooms and even the hotel is full and I am four months in advance.
