Went back to the Willie gym again or should I say it is a cross between a gym and a sauna. I have spied a small fan sitting unplugged in the corner so I might see if that works next time. The next machine in the circuit is meant to be a back exerciser but it seemed to work arms and shoulders more. I finished off with another 20 minute bike machine session and that is a sweat dripper. So far I have had the place to myself each time I have tried it. It might get much warmer if there are more bodies.
