Dell Reef

 For the second time in a row now, when I have walked down to the Dell area, there has been someone fiddling about at the recycled reef.  Last time it was a council show and tell, this time there were two guys, one had the mandatory clip board who was writing down stuff and the other was the duck diver who had to submerge at each cone to check on it.  I had done a rubbish walk two days ago so was not necessarily looking to pick up stuff, although I did find a poo bag thrown into bushes at the back. It was the quickest I could walk to get that ripe one in the bin.
