Elephant & Castle

This is a Geelong pub with a lot of atmosphere.  Julie booked it for lunch because it had wood fires going and she got the waiter to move us into the room where the fire was. Also just for something different they came to Geelong by train for a few dollars each.  We didn't see any elephants but there was a moose loose in the hoose. The food was very tasty especially the ribs where the pork fell off the bone.  It seems to double as an art gallery, as there was no more space on the walls to hang any more photos.  Just to round off the day we got them back to the station in time to catch a football special train with no stops until Southern Cross.  I wonder if they would have been allowed on if they had Essendon scarves?
