There is a group of locals in Geelong calling themselves the Oil Barons, Olive Oil that is. There are groups in Melbourne doing a similar service ie gathering odds and ends of disparate olives together into one large vat, an oil coop as it were. They have three locations around Geelong however with only a 2 hour window on one day only, there are no more vacant slots available. I will have to think abot this as it means upto 50kg of olives will need to be picked late and also refrigerated for up to a week before weigh in. I now have another 25kg of olives that I can't find a home for. There are about 20 berries left at the very top that I can't reach. So this year has been the best haul at 50kg and the tree is now bare.
