We left Nana to sleep it off after her adventures visiting Auntie marie. One thing I recommend is not to start off talking ailments. The Sun was out so we wandered over to the beach about 3:00pm and came back at 4:30pm as we need time to get the lasagne going. It was tempting to stay longer even though the temp was just 18° but very calm with no breeze. We arrived at low tide so there was no water where I usually swim. I have still got a dodgy back but sitting was ok.
