I made it down to the auction just in time for a quick look thru the house. There was some updating of kitchen bench tops and floors but nothing major. Not sure if you can trust phone bids to start things off but $M1.4 is where it started and $M1.43 is where it stopped before they called the highest bidder inside which were the couple asking me about the locality last week. I assume they will be crowned as the buyers. The biggest job I can see is replacing the deck that was pulled down.
