This Grand parenting business requires much action close to the ground. So there is a lot of getting up and getting down, picking up and putting down, swinging up and swinging round. We got another delivery today, Debbie has invested in a gym set that uses only your own body weight. There is an option to add a few weights but I am not convinced this will get its full use. It is set up in the garage where there is already an exercise area and now that we have light in that spot, it is fitness central. All we need now are sweaty bodies.
