We have had night time goings on here. The court yard has had one of the chain of hearts hanging baskets continually raided for materials which has almost killed it off. Recently there must have been a birthing because chirpy chirpy cheap cheap could be heard thru the walls, we thought maybe within the walls but we have tracked down the lair to inside a fern. There have also been roof noises but not sure if that is connected. We have just spotted the mother inside the fern which may explain why the roof is quiet.
