Kayak Saga

There always seems to be something going on out there.  This time it was police action involving helicopter, boat and cars.  Someone found a kayak floating with gear in it but no-one else.  It was fairly calm as the video shows but the police were thinking yesterday's wind may have done it.  After a day of searching a numb nut owns up to leaving the kayak unattended.  Maybe he should be charged with something like the fuel bill.  It seems most of the boats cleared out quickly as they had no fishing licence.
