I have a slight back issue which is improving however going from a sitting to a standing position is dodgy. The sun was out with complete calm and I was not wanting to be chained to the desk for another day. So what about a quiet walk along the beach, no swimming, maybe some wading. I used a version of the funny walks club to get there but on the sand it was good walking. A couple came up to me with the usual "Are you a local?" I had to explain where the Dell was and about the sculpture park and did they really drink the Springs water. I should be charging by the hour. I got back to the rock pavilion when the Sea Grass man turned up in his tractor. So much for quiet beach. But the sand will look good again.
