We have been riding around Williamstown for the best part of 50 yar and not once have we stopped at the Blister. Now this is a geological formation that requires lava and a cold pool of water. When Willie was being tossed by lava streams a few million yar ago, some lava flowed across a pool. Now when that water was super heated and steamy it lifted the lava into a bubble about three metres across. Since then it has collapsed inward but has left an impressive circle of rock. We were there at high tide with a southerly driving the water deeper so did not get a complete look.
