Santa made an early appearance and some of these Grandies were not sure about what was happening but when presents came out it was all fun and games. The smoker was set to cook the ham for four hours and the in between basting periods were hazardous. In the end there was definitely a smoky aspect to the meat but very tasty and I am sure the actual Christmas day effort will be a triumph. PS Do not eat the pineapple rings. As for the grandies it was mayhem as ever going from one toy story to the next. One present that did get a workout was the helicopter water chopper which sprayed the stuff a long way.
