We got the gardener in today before we went off to Willie. He was working on the olive tree but I think he got a bit carried away. There are whole branches chopped off now. It was supposed to be a haircut but I think ii is a bit bald. The main thing was to keep it from rattling on the gutters. When we get to Willie the first thing we see driving in is that the gardeners here have really taken to the tree out the front. It is a crepe myrtle and there is nothing there but a trunk and a few branches. They have done that to all the myrtles. They are cutting our lawn so we are not going to bite the hand that mows us.
