The book case has been dusted off and some of the original books have been put back plus some of our own. They are mostly antique and some are quite grubby. The pride of place is an eight volume set called the Golden Pathway. Nana Beryl told Debbie that 'any of us kids who wanted to read them had to thoroughly wash their hands before touching any of those books'. I will have to try reading one to see what the fuss is about. I have added the Everyman Encyclopaedia to the shelves. This is what I used at school before any Internet came along. The whole wall in that section looks complete with my Grandma's piano and Debbie's Grandma's bookcase.
