Get that out

The nurse came at 9:00 am so the catheter tube was drawn out earlier rather than later in the day. Hooray! You know you have something alien in there and you just want it out but patience is still key. I sprung a leak (as in blood seeping out of the main wound) last night so had to take a trip back to the hospital for some more steristrips.   The next phase is dealing with the urine leakage, as my bladder has temporarily forgotten how to work.  If you have ever seen the cricket protectors shoved down their pants, I have two packets of a pouched version, that is supposed to hold urine. The things you have to do. No one can accuse me of never going to a doctor.
