We called in next door as a farewell and end up urging them to give the retirement villages a serious consideration.  These guys are perfect candidates, sitting on a gold mine and do not know much about how these gated communities work.  The next venue was coffee with the cleaners.  The cleaning business is working well considering the overseas travel that seems to flow from it.  They jetted in from Indonesia last night and were cleaning again today.
