Settlement

Yet another settlement comes around.  The D&B show will not be rolling into this house until some renos are completed.  These are not the tearing down of walls but there are certainly many electrical changes planned and some floor and wall colours.  The bathrooms are in for complete upgrades as well.  The original townhouse is now going on the market so there can be no dawdling on these renos.
The nearby trains are an interesting feature. I guess its like planes, trains and automobiles, you just get used to them.
