Those plovers are at it again. It has been 4 weeks since we were here and a Plover fence went up day before yesterday because chicks had just hatched two days ago. We saw Plover police as well, who will be around til 20 Mar when the chicks will fly. The park is deserted, so we have the place to ourselves. I used the pool for its original purpose, swimming! I was in for 30 minutes. It is reasonably warm water. I built up to 4 laps without stopping. I'll try for 6 laps tomorrow. We were woken to a pelting of debris on our roof from the black cockatoos.
