Ascot Vale Swim

About 30 yar ago a large group assembled every week at the AVLC for an aerobics class. These were very physical efforts for an hour. People like Auntie Patty and Karen Ostenreid also Paul Stork drove from Warrandyte each week.  I have been for a swim and swallowed water.  The pool was reasonably empty until the watercise took over three lanes but even then there were still two slow lanes. I lasted an hour but could not string together two laps in a row. Maybe next week.
