Knee Tester

Had to get out and about as the clouds have kept us inside this week.  It was time to give my knee a longer go on the bike. I did go round the block last week mainly checking out the bike adjustments. This morning I went to the Jetty Rd beach area and return by the same route.  There is a bit of a hill so it was a good test.  I do seem to have a clicking type sound but then that happens with other bones as well.  The beach there is relatively clear of dried grass.  I remember it was choked previously and required the council cleanup brigade but not now and the water is also clear of growth almost all the way along the pylons. I will try a swim there at least once this Summer.
