Degrassing

 It's green bin day coming up and the grass here has browned off heaps but there are those yellow perils popping up all over the place. It took less than an hour to cut those down to size.  We need to cover the fruit out back as the nectarines are starting to show some ripening. There are also many strawberries but all green hardness. The indoor plants have survived the Charlie challenge and are showing the most colour at the moment. The last of the orchids will drop this week. I did not check the olive tree but we should get a reasonable haul despite the late haircut.
