I got Debbie to the Gull bus at 12:30pm. We might try the ferry to Docklands next time as this is the second time in two months that the Geelong road has been closed due to an accident. PS I read that the woman who jumped out of the car previously has made a recovery and her brother who was driving has been given a community order. What about the 10,000 of us who were trapped for three hours. Anyway, Debbie was routed around the problem and made it to the airport in time for the Brisbane flight. In the meantime the high tide was at 3:00pm so I tried the swim. There was also a bus load of students getting in the way. Now that's how to spend class time. Drive them to the beach for a snorkel. I have not done it with the Sun overhead before. There are a lot of floaties at the moment and they all cause shadows and ripple tricks of light. The morning still seems to be the best time. I need to try an evening or late arvo for comparison.
