St Andrews Inn
We had 2 hrs to kill and the Launceston Airport is not your most up market, as you can't get any services until you get thru security. We spied this older establishment with around 30 mins to go. It was a coach stopover point for travelers back in the day. It was built in 1845 by the convicts and still very solid. I recommend the vanilla slice.
