DownBelow Station

This is another one of those civil wars in space sagas that are being written regularly.  It has parallels with the Mars trilogy. This book won the prize in 1982 and I notice the follow up book also won in 1989 however I have not found this volume as yet. In the end it came down to four forces, outer space called Union, the independent space stations, the Earth and the Fleet.  Now I have to find Cyteen in the 2nd hand bookshop.
