We are surrounded by people buying houses and moving houses. We have bought a house in Clifton Springs and will be moving there in around 90 days. The Essendon house will stay but be leased out providing some income. A price has been agreed but nothing has been signed as yet.

Note to self (if ever buying a house again via private sale). When your offer has been accepted, sign the contract. You have 3 days cooling off which is enough time to have the contract checked out. Nothing is sold (no matter what the agent says) unless you sign the contract.
