Plantar Fascia

I have an age related issue where some strands of ligament have let go in my right heel. This has been a problem for three weeks now.  The healing is a slow business which seems to flare at the end of the day.  The ultrasound shows inflammation at the spot.  Seeing I was there I got them to X-Ray my hands for an update on their crookedness.  Haven't heard back yet.
