Paluma
Drove for an hour or so to Paluma. This is a great waterfall and swimming hole with an old bridge nearby at a place called Little Crystal Creek. If you are ever driving down Highway One to Townsville then call in here for a look. It reminds me of places I have seen in Europe like the Diablo Bridge in France but on a smaller scale. The swimming here is like a natural bubble bath but a bit cooler.
