Steele's Rock

I have known about Steele's Rock for a while but not exactly where it is or how to approach it.  We finally got there yesterday and it's got some surprises.  Maybe it should be called Seal Rock as there were seals sunning themselves, as well as a few more in the water. I did not get in as the tide was low but with a few other rock platforms nearby, the potential is good for a snorkel.  There is also a boat ramp and a small jetty so it could get busy at high tide, which is the down side. Even in the shallowness tinnies were being backed into the water despite touching the bottom.  There was also the passing parade of boats getting in and out of PortArlington.
