Park Royal

This is a pricey hotel but then again most everything is pricey at the airport.  It is a high view of the comings and goings. Not as high as the Tower which I have been to the top of for a gander at how everything works.  The windows here are absolutely sound proofed. I can see cars,buses, trucks and planes non stop but cannot hear a thing.  We have set a wake up call for 2:45 am (groan) but that is all part of it.  The very first eatery that we planned in Geelong closed its doors just weeks earlier. No phasements.
