Retirement Police

Went for a ride along a well worn stretch of road thru Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads.  Haven't done this for a while though and there are always changes. One of the 13th beach car parks (Cylinders) that had been closed due to the stairway being washed away is now reopened with a new set of stairs. What gets me is the car park is full of cars, as were the other car parks along there at 11.00 am on Thursday morning. The surf was up and hundreds were surfing but where is the work time?  The retirement police need to get onto this.  The Ocean Groove cafe and Surf Club are gone except for a huge hole in the sand dunes. This will take two years to put back.
