Can I use your toilet?

This house is so clean I have to pee in the backyard.  We have a lime tree but it's already got enough problems without me trying to drown it.  We have had some action on the house front but it is still early days.  Some one told me real estate agents never stop and it seems that way as we have a meeting tomorrow being Sunday.
