Foundation & Earth

The Foundation books were awarded the best Science Fiction series ever.  This was the last one and epic does not explain it when his story covers mankind's spread to every planet and star in the Milky Way galaxy.  He died six years after this book was published so I guess one galaxy was enough.  Asimov was keen on robots so in the end they took a crucial role.  I bought the original three volumes 40 yar ago but the last two I hunted on hands and knees in secondhand book shops just last week.
